THE EXPRESSION OF CYCLIN D_1 IN PLEOMORPHIC ADENOMA AND IN PLEOMORPHIC CARCINOMA OF PAROTID GLAND

摘要 目的 研究cyclinD1 在正常腮腺、多形性腺瘤 (PA)和多形性腺瘤癌变 (CPA)中的表达特点、表达水平及其与临床指标的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S P法检测cyclinD1 在 1 0例正常腮腺、37例PA和 1 4例CPA标本中的表达 ,图像分析cyclinD1 的表达水平。统计方法 :χ2 检验、ANOVA检验和t检验。结果 在CPA中cyclinD1 的表达以 ~ 为主 ,阳性率 78 6 % ,PA组中多为 -和 +,cyclinD1 在正常腮腺中表达与PA、CPA组差别显著 (P <0 0 5) ,CPA中cyclinD1 的表达水平也显著高于PA组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 cyclinD1 的异常表达在CPA的发生中起到重要的作用。 Objective To study the expression character and level of cyclin D 1 in normal parotid gland, PA and CPA; the correlation between the expression and the clinical factors. Methods We used the S P Immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of cyclin D 1 in 10 normal parotids, 19 PA cases and 14 CPA cases. Results The positive rate of cyclin D 1 expression was 78 6% in CPA, the expression was ~. But cyclin D 1 expressed — or + in most of PA. The positive rate in normal parotid was significantly lower than that in PA and CPA ( P <0 05). The expression level of cyclin D 1 in CPA was obviously higher than that in PA ( P <0 05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of cyclin D 1 may play an important role in the tumorigenesis of CPA.
