摘要 21世纪,知识员工成为企业的核心资源,加强对其的管理和研究是当今的重点。知识员工的离职会给企业带来很大损失,对其进行研究有重要的实践意义和理论意义。本文从三个视角对知识员工离职影响因素进行了阐述。
