摘要
钙离子在细胞生理调控中起着重要作用,其浓度的变化会引起一系列的生理反应,神经细胞内稳定的钙离子浓度为正常的生命活动提供保障。细胞有多种调节钙离子浓度的方式,包括电压门控、受体门控、胞内钙库的释放等。目前有多种方法可以间接测定细胞内钙离子浓度的变化。研究钙离子浓度的变化及调节机制,对于明确由钙离子浓度变化引起的疾病及预防措施的研究具有非常重要的理论及实践意义。
The calcium play an important role in cells physiological regulation,changes of the calcium concentration will cause a series of physiological responses,the stability of Calcium concentration in neurons provide protection for normal life.The modulation of intracellular Ca^(2+) concentration is multiple,including voltage-gated, receptor-gated,intracellular calcium store release,etc.There are several ways to measure changes of calcium concentration,studying the regulatory mechanisms of Ca^(2+) concentration will have great theory and practice meaing for researching disease caused by changing of Ca^(2+) concentration and take appropriate measures.
