关于唐代官员谥法运作的若干问题

Some Aspects in the Process of the Official's Posthumous Law in Tang Dynasty

唐代官员谥法在运作过程中,在请谥、拟谥的阶段存在具体执行、操作的官员群体不符合文献记载的现象,在驳议阶段存在谥号用字意义和字数的争论,在赐谥阶段受到了来自皇帝的较大影响,而正常程序之外的改谥则是对正常程序的延伸、补充,追谥则在皇帝的参与与否、是否可以追谥等方面也有很多正常程序所不具备的特点。

In the process of enforcing posthumous law in Tang Dynasty,there were many phenomenon that the officials who managed the law can not accord with the records of the document literature in asking and drafting posthumous titles.In addition,there are many disputes in the meaning and number of posthumous titles,and emperors could also affect the law when granting posthumous titles.Posthumous titles change was complement of the regular process.And confering posthumous titles posthumously or not and the emperors participated or nor were different from the regular process.
