摘要
研究了一种定向凝固高温合金析出 γ′粒子尺寸的控制规律。结果表明 :γ′粒子尺寸随固溶处理后冷却速度提高而减小 ,抗拉强度和蠕变寿命随 γ′粒子尺寸增大而降低 。
The effect of cooling rate after high temperature solution treatment on tensile and stress-rupture properties of a directionally solidified superalloy was investigated. The size of γ′ particle in the alloy was increased with the decrease of cooling rate after solution treatment. Ultimate strengh and stress-rupture life was increased with the decrease of the size of γ′ particle in the alloy while tensile elongation 8% was increased.
