耳内镜下鼓膜置管或穿刺治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的临床效果对比

Comparison the clinical effect of tympanostomy tube and tympanocentesis under ear endoscope of chronic secretory otitis media

目的对比分析耳内镜下鼓膜置管和鼓膜穿刺治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年1月~2013年5月收治的52例经保守药物治疗无效的慢性分泌性中耳炎患者,所有患者均排除鼻咽部占位性病变,根据数字随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组各26例,其中观察组采用耳内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗,对照组采用耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺术治疗。结果两组患者的临床总有效率及术后并发症情况对差异比均有统计学意义。结论耳内镜鼓膜置管法治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎,具有视野清晰、手术时间短、术后创伤小及恢复效果良好等优点,值得在临床中推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To compare the clinical effect of tympanostomy tube and tympanocentesis for chronic secretory otitis media under otoendoscope.METHODS 52 cases of chronic secretory otitis media who have failed conservative medicine treatment were selected in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2013.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 26 cases in each group,and treated with tympanostomy tube and tympanocentesis under otoendoscope respectively.RESULTS There are significant differences in the total effective rate and postoperative complications between the two groups.CONCLUSION Tympanostomy tube insertion under otoendoscope not only have a clear view and short operation time,but also have the advantages of less trauma and better postoperative recovery.It is worth clinical application.
