摘要
教师培训是信息技术整合于教育的瓶颈问题,该文在教师培训内容上强调整合模式,在培训方式上讨论了以绩效改进为总体思路的校本培训以及反思性、参与式培训方式,在组织实施上强调系统规划以及核心培训与全员培训的结合.
Teacher training has become the bottleneck during the integration of ICT in education. This article speculated on the content, methods and implementation of teacher training. (1) The content design of educational ICT training should be based on the integration-oriented model, instead of technology-oriented model; (2) School-based training combined with performance improvement technology and reflective practice was discussed as the basic strategy of training; (3) Systematic planning and organization is of great importance in order to implement effective teacher training.
