摘要 本文运用优化设计的方法,分析了电机机械特性及气液螺旋压力机负载特性,建立了气液螺旋压力机带飞轮拖动系统参数计算数学模型.根据带飞轮拖动系统设计计算的一般步骤编制了相应的计算程序,完善了气液螺旋压力机动力系统设计计算方法. Based on the optimal method, the mechanical characteristic of the driving motor and the load characteristic of the pneumohydraulic screw psess are analyzed. A mathematical model for calculating the parameters of the driving system has been developed. In this model, the stable operation region of the mechanical characteristic of the motor is replaced with a quadratic curve and the impact load is taken as constant. A program of the design procedures for the driving system with a flywheel is presented. The optimal matching and feasible regions of three operating parameters of the driving system with a flywheel, namely, the motor rated torque, rated slip and flywheel effect, can be determined. Test results show that the calculating method proposed is accurate enough to meet practical needs.
