火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定废水中铜的方法对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)及电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定废水中的铜,研究对比了两种测定方法的准确性及精密度。实验结果表明,两种方法测定废水中铜的结果准确性及精密度均可满足要求,其中火焰原子吸收光谱法的标准曲线相关系数为0.9997,加标回收率为95.7%~105.0%之间,相对标准偏差为2%;电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法的标准曲线相关系数为0.9999,加标回收率在95.3%~105.0%之间,相对标准偏差为1.75%。两种方法均具有良好的准确度和精密度。 Using flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICPAES)determination of copper in wastewater, the accuracy and precision of the two methods were analyzed. The experimental resultsshow that the two methods can meet the requirements of the copper in wastewater. The correlation coefficient of standard curve of FAASmethod was 0.9997,The recovery rate was 95.7%~105.0%,and The relative standard deviation was 2%. The correlation coefficient ofstandard curve of ICP-AES method was 0.9999, The recovery rate was 95.3%~105.0%,and The relative standard deviation was 1.75%.The two methods have good accuracy and precision.
