中药联合微波理疗在妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化的应用

Application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with microwave therapy in the treatment of fat liquefaction of abdominal operation in gynecology and obstetrics

目的:探讨中药联合微波理疗在妇产科术后切口脂肪液化的应用效果。方法:选择2014年10月—2015年12月在本院妇产科行腹部切口手术中确诊为切口脂肪液化渗出36例,随机将患者分为两组。对照组患者给予常规治疗,实验组患者给予中药联合微波理疗治疗,观察比较两组患者的症状消失时间、切口痊愈率及再次裂开率。结果:通过实验组跟对照组的效果对比,得出实验组症状消失时间、切口痊愈率及再次裂开率均显著优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:探讨中药联合微波理疗在妇产科术后切口脂肪液化的应用,可以减轻患者疼痛,减少感染,促进切口愈合。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with microwave therapy in thetreatment of fat liquefaction of abdominal operation in gynecology and obstetrics. Methods: 36 patients with fat liquefaction of abdominaloperation in gynecology and obstetrics, treated in our hospital from October 2014 to December 2015, were randomly divided into thecontrol group and the experimental group. The control group was given conventional treatment while the experimental group receivedtraditional Chinese medicine combined with microwave therapy, symptom disappearance time, wound healing rate and the rate of rerupture of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results: The symptom disappearance time, wound healing rate and the rateof re rupture of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine combined with microwave therapy could relieve the patients pain, reduce infectionand promote healing in the treatment of fat liquefaction of abdominal operation in gynecology and obstetrics.
