中西医结合治疗婴幼儿类百日咳综合征临床观察

Clinical observation on treating pertussis-like syndrome in infants in the integrative medicine

目的:研究中西医结合治疗类百日咳综合征的疗效和安全性。方法:统计我院2014年10月-2015年10月收治的50例类百日咳综合征患儿的临床资料,其中对照组25例接受的是单纯西医治疗,另25例为治疗组,接受中西医结合治疗,对其临床治疗经过、辅助检查结果、病程转归进行综合分析。结果:中西医结合组痉咳消失时间明显短于西医治疗组,平均住院日明显缩短。结论:中西医治疗类百日咳综合征疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective: To study clinical effects and safety of the integrative medicine on infants with pertussis-like syndrome. Methods: Clinical data of 50 cases in our hospital from Oct. 2014 to Oct. 2015 was summarized; 25 cases in the control group received pure western medicine; and the other 25 cases in the observation group was treated in the integrative medicine. Clinical treatment, auxiliary examination results,course and prognosis were analyzed comprehensively. Results: The disappearing time of whooping cough in the observation group was obviously shorter; and the average hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shortened. Conclusion: Compared with western medicine,the integrative medicine was obviously effective on infants with pertussis-like syndrome.
