摘要
目的:探讨创新处方点评的效果。方法:抽查门急诊处方360 000张,统计不合理处方,并开展处方点评。结果:处方点评前处方合格率75.20%,开展处方点评1年处方合格率92.60%,开展处方点评2年处方合格率为95.82%。结论:创新处方点评可显著提高门诊用药合理性。
Objective:To explore the effect of innovative prescription reviews.Methods:360 000 cases of prescription in clinic andemergency ward were checked.The unreasonable prescription was counted and the prescription reviews were carried out.Results:The qualified rate of prescription before prescription reviews was 75.20% ;the qualified rate of prescription after 1 year ofprescription reviews was 92.60%;the qualified rate of prescription after 2 years of prescription reviews was 95.82%.Conclusion:Innovative prescription reviews improved the rationality of medication in clinical significantly.
