摘要
高合金钢三通阀壳铸件在使用环境中需承受高温高压。为了检验阀壳铸件的宏观强度,特设计一种静水压试验,按照设计要求进行注压试验。通过将试验过程中的关键控制点进行归纳,使该范畴的同类压力试验具有良好的重复性和再现性。
Nowadays our foundry are producing a kind of three exchanges high alloyed steel valve castings, this kind of castings should tolerate high temperature and high pressure in the service circumstance. In order to inspect the macroscopic strength of the valve casting, we designed a special hydrostatic pressure test, according to the requirement, pressurize and maintain a specific time, the effect is successful and prominent. This paper summarized the critical control point, enable the similar category pressure tests have superior repeatability and reproducibility.
