摘要
目的:分析风险防范式护理在新生儿科护理管理中的效果。方法:对原有的儿科风险因素进行研究,然后实施风险防范式护理,对比应用前后的风险发生概率、护理纠纷发生的例数、家属的满意度以及护理的质量等。结果:实施风险防范式护理后,纠纷、风险的概率明显降低(P<0.05);家属的满意度以及护理质量有了很大的增强。结论:风险防范式护理在新生儿科护理管理中能够大大加强患儿的护理质量,可以有效减少纠纷。
Objective:To analyze the effect of risk prevention nursing in neonatal nursing management.Methods:The originalpediatric risk factors were studied,and the implementation of risk prevention nursing,the risk probability,nursing dispute case,family satisfaction and nursing quality were compared before and after the application.Results:After the implementation of riskprevention nursing,the probability of dispute and risk was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The family satisfaction and nursingquality were greatly enhanced.Conclusion:The risk prevention nursing in neonatal nursing management can greatly enhancethe nursing quality of children.It can effectively reduce the dispute.
