氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease

目的：探究氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片应用在高血压合并冠心病患者治疗中的临床效果。方法：将2014年12月～2015年12月期间我院收治的122例高血压合并冠心病患者分为两组：对照组和试验组，每组61例。对照组给予硝苯地平治疗，试验组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。结果：对照组的临床总有有效率为75.41%，试验组患者的临床总有效率为95.08%，试验组患者的临床疗效明显的比对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论：氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片应用在高血压合并冠心病患者治疗中疗效确切，对于改善患者临床症状、减少并发症发生率以及提升患者生存质量等方面具有着至关重要的作用。

Objective: To explore the amlodipine and atorvastatin of atorvastatin application in hypertension with clinicaleffect in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:122 cases of hypertension patients with coronaryheart disease were divided into two groups:control group and experimental group,cases in each group,the control group andthe experimental group,the control group and the experimental group,61 cases in each group.The control group was givennifedipine treatment,the experimental group was given the treatment of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets.Results:The clinical control group in the total effective rate was 75.41%,clinical trials of patients with the total effective ratewas 95.08%,the clinical curative effect of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine and atorvastatin cutting application of atorvastatin calcium in hypertensive patients with coronaryheart disease (CHD) in the treatment of patients with curative effect and to improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce thecomplication rate and improve the life quality of the patients and has a crucial role.
