摘要
兰德尔教学方法源自美国哈佛法学院,其具体授课方法对于我国法学教育具有重要的启示意义,探讨其渊源在于正确把握其核心的案例教学法,以适应当前法学教育改革和今后发展的需要。
Langdell teaching method derived from the law School of Harvard University, and its specific teaching ways are of great significance to law education of China. The exploration of its origin consists in understanding its major case teaching method, hoping to satisfy the needs of current reformof law education and future development.
