摘要
采用气相色谱质谱联用仪对其迁移到食品模拟液中的十二甲基环六硅氧烷(dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane,D6)进行定性定量分析,并对实验过程中可能产生的不确定度进行总结分析。结果发现,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测食品接触硅橡胶烤盘垫迁移出的D6含量为125.6 mg/kg,由D6标准品曲线拟合产生的相对标准不确定度较高,可达到0.028 5。整个实验的合成不确定度为0.046 5,相对扩展不确定度为0.093,而由不确定度引起的D6含量变化为±11.68 mg/kg。
In this paper,a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to qualitatively and quantitativelyanalyze the migration of dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane(D6)from food contact silicone rubber into a liquid food stimulant.Meanwhile,the uncertainty of each variable was also analyzed.The most important factors that affect the results of theexperiment were identified.GC-MS analysis indicated that the migration level of D6was about125.6mg/kg from a bakingmat made from food contact silicone rubber.We summed up five kinds of uncertainties throughout the experimentalprocess.The highest uncertainty was resulted from the standard curve fitting of D6,which was up to0.0285.The combinedstandard uncertainty was0.0465and the relative expanded uncertainty was0.093.The amount of D6analyzed by GC-MSvaried in the range of±11.68mg/kg taking the experimental uncertainties into consideration.
