摘要
目的观察低温射频消融术联合加压包扎术治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床治愈率及不良反应发生情况。方法 56例耳廓假性囊肿患者,按照治疗方式的不同随机分为观察组和对照组,各28例。观察组患者给予低温射频消融术联合加压包扎术治疗,对照组患者给予手术治疗,对比两组患者的临床治愈率及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的临床治愈率92.86%显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗时间为(6.71±1.67)d,疼痛时间为(1.47±0.35)d短于对照组的(10.33±1.59)、(3.21±0.62)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为3.57%、复发率为0显著低于对照组的21.43%和14.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用低温射频消融术联合加压包扎术治疗耳廓假性囊肿,能够有效缩短患者的治疗时间及疼痛时间,提高患者的临床治愈率,降低不良反应发生率及复发率,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical cure rate and adverse reactions occurrence of temperaturecontrolled radiofrequency ablation combined with compression bandage in the treatment of auricle pseudocyst.Methods A total of 56 auricle pseudocyst patients were divided by different treatment methods into observation group and control group, with 28 cases in each group. The observation group received temperature-controlled radiofrequency ablation combined with compression bandage for treatment, and the control group received surgry for treatment. Compasion were made on clinical cure rate and occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups.Results The observation group had higher clinical cure rate as 92.86% than 75.00% in the control group, andthe difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had treatment time as (6.71±1.67) d, paintime as (1.47±0.35) d, which were all shorter than (10.33±1.59) and (3.21±0.62) d in the control group. Theirdifferences had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had incidence of adverse reactions as3.57%, recurrence rate as 0, which were all obviously lower than 21.43% and 14.29% in the control group, and their differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Temperature-controlled radiofrequency ablation combined with compression bandage for the treatment of auricle pseudocyst, can effectively shorten treatment time and pain time of patients, reduce incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate. So it is worth clinical promotion and use.
