胆结石手术围手术期护理对策及效果评价

Evaluation on nursing countermeasure of gallstone surgery in perioperative period and its effect

目的探究胆结石手术围手术期护理的方法和效果。方法 77例进行胆结石手术的患者,按照入院时间不同分为第一组(40例)及第二组(37例),第一组采用常规护理,第二组采用综合护理方式,比较两组患者的出血量、手术时间、住院时间和护理满意度。结果第二组患者的出血量、住院时间、手术时间分别为:(36.15±9.27)ml、(6.52±1.06)d、(51.32±9.37)min,第一组患者出血量、住院时间、手术时间分别为:(62.58±10.02)ml、(14.28±1.37)d、(51.96±10.25)min。第二组出血量少于第一组、住院时间短于第一组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第二组患者的护理满意度97.30%高于第一组72.50%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.984,P<0.05)。结论胆结石手术围手术期患者采用综合护理方式,有较为突出的效果,可作为临床首选。

Objective To explore the method and effect of perioperative nursing for gallstone surgery.Methods A total of77patients with gallstone surgery were divided by different admission time into group A(40cases)and group B(37cases).Group A received conventional nursing,and group B received comprehensivenursing method.Comparison were made on bleeding volume,operation time,hospital stay time and nursingsatisfaction degree between two groups.Results Group B had bleeding volume,hospital stay time and operationtime respectively as(36.15±9.27)ml,(6.52±1.06)d and(51.32±9.37)min,while group A had bleeding volume,hospital stay time and operation time respectively as(62.58±10.02)ml,(14.28±1.37)d and(51.96±10.25)min.Group B had less bleeding volume than group A,and shorter hospital stay time than group A.Their difference hadstatistical significance(P<0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in operation time(P>0.05).Group B had nursing satisfaction degree as97.30%,which was lower than72.50%in group A,and the differencehad statistical significance(χ2=8.984,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing method for gallstonesurgery patients of perioperative period shows significant effect,and it can be taken as the first choice in clinic.
