摘要
针对带铰链结构的某药瓶盖的结构,对浇口的选择、脱螺纹及侧凹部位的脱模问题进行了分析,认为有两处设计难点,第一是脱螺纹机械,第二是针头的安装。最后确定采用齿条传动带动脱螺纹结构解决了脱螺纹机构,并且采用手工安装针头的方法。采用此方案设计的模具生产的药瓶盖符合客户的要求,得到了客户的好评。
In view of the structure of the hinge of a medicine bottle cap,it is believed there are two problems in designingwhich are the screw demoulding machinery and the installation of needles when considering the selection of gate,and thedemoulding of screw out lateral concave part.Finally,Using the rack gear to drive to demould the screw thread structure to solvethe problem of the thread demoulding mechanism is determined,and the method of installing needles by hand is used.The bottlecap produced by the mould designed by the scheme meets the requirements of the customers and has been well received by thecustomers.
