家庭农场扶持制度的国外经验与借鉴

Foreign experience of support system to family farms and its references

家庭农场作为一种普适性的农业微观主体,资源禀赋是影响家庭农场成长及其政府干预、扶持策略的重要因素。基于资源禀赋视角分类梳理了3类国家或地区家庭农场发展及其政府扶持制度,总结了其政府干预和扶持的普适性经验,并就我国政府合理借鉴其经验开展家庭农场扶持制度创新进行探讨。

Family farm is a kind of universal agricultural micro-subject,its resource endowment is an important factorthat affects the growth of family farms,government intervention and support strategies.Based on resource endowment,the development of family farm support system in three national or regional categories is explored,the universalexperience of government intervention and support is summarized and innovation of support system to family farmscombining experiences of foreign countries carried out by Chinese government are discussed in this paper.
