马来酸依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度及动脉僵硬度的影响

Effects of Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets on Intima-media Thickness(IMT) of H-type Hypertension Patients' Carotid Artery and Arterial stiffness

目的对比不同给药方案对H型高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度及动脉僵硬度的影响。方法将141例H型高血压患者依据临床用药方案差异分组,对比两组治疗前后血压、血浆Hcy、IMT水平以及颈动脉僵硬度等指标。结果两组治疗前血压、血浆Hcy、IMT水平以及颈动脉僵硬度各指标差异无统计学意义;治疗后此四项指标差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床予以H型高血压患者马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,可有效降低Hcy水平与抑制IMT的厚度,改善患者血压与动脉僵硬度状况,该法深具临床推广价值。

Objective To compare the effects of different drug regimen on enenalapril maleate and folic acid tablets on intima-media thickness(IMT)of H-type hypertension patients'carotid artery and arterial stiffness.Methods Divided141patients with H-type hypertension treated in ourhospital in two groups based on the drug regimen.Then compared the index of blood pressure,plasma Hcy,IMT and arterial stiffness etc.of twogroups before and after treatments.Results Before the treatment,there wasn’t significant difference in the index of blood pressure,plasma Hcy,IMT and arterial stiffness;There was significant difference in these4index after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of enenalapril maleateand folic acid tablets on patients with H-type hypertension can effectively lower the Hcy and intima-media thickness(IMT),improve the bloodpressure and arterial stiffness,it has the value of clinical application.
