布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床疗效与安全性

Clinical curative effect and safety of saccharomyces boulardii sachets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea

目的探讨采用布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗急性腹泻患儿的临床效果及安全性。方法 60例急性腹泻患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组在常规治疗基础上服用蒙脱石散,试验组基于对照组治疗方案加用布拉氏酵母菌散进行治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果及腹泻持续时间、大便次数等情况。结果试验组临床治疗总有效率为93.33%,对照组临床治疗总有效率为63.33%,试验组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗第3、5天大便次数及腹泻持续时间均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿急性腹泻给予布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗,能有效改善患儿腹泻症状,减少患儿大便次数,改善患儿全身症状,具有极高的有效率,值得在儿科临床上推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of saccharomyces boulardii sachets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea.Methods A total of60children with acute diarrhea as study subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with30cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy and montmorillonite powder,and the experimental group received saccharomyces boulardii sachets on the basis of the control group.Comparison were made on clinical treatment effect,duration of diarrhoea and defecate frequency in two groups.Results The experimental group had total clinical treatment effective rate as93.33%,while the control grouphad total clinical treatment effective rate as63.33%.The experimental group had higher total clinical treatmenteffective rate than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimentalgroup had better defecate frequency and duration of diarrhoea after3and5days of treatment,and theirdifference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of saccharomyces boulardii sachets and montmorillonite powder can effectively improve diarrhea symptoms of children with acute diarrhea,reduce defecate frequency and improve general symptoms of children with high effective rate.So it is worth clinical promotion and use in pediatric department.
