本文首先分析化工工艺的相关概念,同时阐述化工工艺设计中安全危险判断和应对的必要性,其次探讨化工工艺设计中安全危险的判断,最后从工艺原料、工艺路线、反应设备、管道运输、泵门和阀门选择、安全防护设置等几方面总结化工工艺设计中的安全危险的应对方法。

This paper first analyzed the related concepts of chemical technology,and expounded the necessity of safety risk judgment and response in chemical process design,then discussed the safety hazards in chemical process design judgment,finally coping methods from the aspects of process raw material,process,reaction equipment,pipeline transportation,pump and valve gate selection,safety protection settings sum up the safety hazards in chemical process design.
