整形美容外科技术在急诊面部外伤中的应用

The application of plastic surgery in emergency facial trauma

目的对应用整形美容外科技术在急诊面部外伤中的处理方法及原则进行探讨分析,并最大程度的使患者面部功能和形态得到恢复。方法选取我院2012年9月至2016年11月接收的84例进行整形外科手术的患者为研究对象,在处理急诊面部的过程中,根据不同的伤情采取不同的修复方法,并做好对照与随访。结果本次84例患者的伤口均为Ⅰ期甲级愈合,术后的手术部分的创口均得到了很好的愈合,随访未发生瘢痕增生等一系列的并发症。结论应用整形美容外科技术在急诊面部外伤中有利于恢复患者面部的形态及功能,达到美容的效果,值得在临床上应用推广。

Objective The application of plastic surgical techniques in the emergency treatment of facial trauma discusses and analyzes the treatment method and principle,and make the patients with facial features to a great extent and form restoration.Selection Methods From September2012to November2016,We received84orthopaedic surgery patients as the research object,in the process of dealing with emergency facial,according to different injury take different repair Methods,and make comparison with follow-up.Results84cases of patients with wounds areⅠclass-a healing,part of postoperative surgical wounds all got good healing,follow up,there was no scar hyperplasia and so on a series of complications.Conclusion The application of plastic surgical techniques in the emergency department patients with facial trauma for the resumption of facial form and function,achieve the result of beauty,is worth popularizing in clinical application.
