平板数字胃肠下结肠钡灌肠和排粪造影对便秘的诊断价值评价

Evaluation of Diagnostic Value of Constipation Colon Flat Digital Gastrointestinal Barium Enema and Defecography

目的分析探讨平板数字胃肠下结肠钡灌肠和排粪造影在便秘中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2015年5月至2016年4月我院的107例便秘患者临床资料,分析患者胃肠下结肠钡灌肠和排粪造影的影像学资料。结果胃肠下结肠钡灌肠检查提示,107例便秘患者中,钡灌肠检查确诊率为72.90%(78/107);排粪造影确诊率为94.39%(101/107);101例经排粪造影结果确诊的患者中,直肠内黏膜套叠11例,会阴下降63例,内脏下垂13例,盆底疝14例。结论采用排粪造影在便秘中的诊断价值高,尤其是对于梗阻性便秘,其应用价值尤为突出,与平板数字胃肠下结肠钡灌检查比较,检查确诊率更高。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of treadmill under digital gastrointestinal barium enema and defecography in constipation.Methods A retrospective analysis from May2015to April2016in our hospital107cases of constipation in patients with clinical data,imaging data of patients with gastrointestinal barium enema and defecography by image analysis.Results under gastrointestinal barium enema examination showed that107cases of patients with constipation,barium enema diagnosis rate was72.90%(78/107);defecography in the diagnosis rate was94.39%(101/107);101patients diagnosed by defecography results in internal rectal mucosal intussusception in11cases,perineal descent in63cases,visceral ptosis in13cases,14cases of pelvic floor hernia.Conclusion The diagnostic value of defecography in constipation is high,especially for obstructive constipation,its application value is particularly prominent,compared with flat digital gastrointestinal examination of colon barium enema examination,diagnosis rate higher.
