摘要
港珠澳大桥采取了承台和墩身整体预制安装的技术方案,在施工过程中针对不同水文地质条件,采用了大圆筒干法、分离式胶囊柔性止水、无内支撑结构双壁锁口钢套箱围堰3种预制安装承台的围护止水技术。针对墩身不同部位,墩身预制和安装采用了湿接和干接2种技术。工程实践表明,该方案具有施工便捷、混凝土质量优良、结构整体性好等优点,是我国跨海桥梁基础施工的发展方向。
The bearing platforms and piers of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge were prefabricated and installed as integration.During the process of construction,three watertight enclosure structures including dry assembly with large cylinder,flexible watertight by separation type capsules and double-vall interlocked steel box cofferdam without inner support were respectively used based on different hydrogeology conditions.According to different parts of piers,pier prefabrication and installation applied two methods including wet connector and dry joint.Practice indicated that the above techniques have many advantages,,or example construction is convenient and fast,concrete quality and structural integrity are good and so on.It will be the development direction of foundation construction of sea-crossing bridges.
