分析在胃癌组织中HIF-1α、VEGF的表达情况及意义

To analyze the expression of HIF-1alpha and VEGF in gastric carcinoma and its significance

目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α（HIF-1α）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在胃癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测100例胃癌患者癌灶组织及癌旁正常组织中HIF-1α、VEGF的表达，对比癌灶组织、癌旁正常组织HIF-1α、VEGF检测结果；不同分化程度、浸润深度癌灶组织HIF-1α、VEGF检测结果；复发或转移组、未复发或转移组癌灶组织HIF-1α、VEGF检测结果。结果胃癌患者癌灶组织中HIF-1α表达阳性率（60.00%）、VEGF表达阳性率（64.00%）均显著高于癌旁正常组织（分别为21.00%、14.00%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；高中分化、浸润深度未及浆膜胃癌患者癌灶组织中HIF-1α、VEGF阳性率较低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；发生复发或转移的胃癌患者癌灶组织中HIF-1α、VEGF表达阳性率（70.97%）、VEGF表达阳性率（77.42%）均显著高于未发生复发或转移的胃癌患者癌灶组织中HIF-1α、VEGF表达情况（分别为55.07%、57.97%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论HIF-1α、VEGF在胃癌复发转移中起重要作用，是判断胃癌病情及预后的重要依据，临床医生应了解胃癌患者HIF-1α、VEGF表达特点，从而对降低复发及转移率均具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1alpha and vascular endothelial growth factor in gastriccarcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods The expression was detected by immunohistochemistry method in100cases of gastric carcinomatissues of patients with carcinoma and HIF-1alpha,VEGF,VEGF test results comparing the carcinoma tissue and adjacent normal tissues,HIF-1alpha;different differentiation degree and infiltration depth of tumor tissue of HIF-1alpha and VEGF detection results of recurrence or metastasis;group,no recurrence or metastasis detection results of HIF-1alpha and VEGF tumor tissue cancer group.Results The positive rate of HIF-1expression in gastric tumor tissue of patients with cancer(60.00%),the positive expression rate of VEGF(64.00%)were significantly higher thanthose in adjacent normal tissues(21.00%,14.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);high ang middle differentiation,invasivedepth of tumor tissue before plasma membrane positive in patients with gastric cancer the rate of VEGF,HIF-1alpha,was low,the data had significantdifferences(P<0.05);the positive rate of HIF-1alpha and VEGF expression of gastric carcinoma tumor recurrence or metastasis was found in(70.97%),the positive expression rate of VEGF(77.42%)were significantly higher than those of HIF-1alpha and VEGF expression in patients withgastric cancer recurrence or tumor tissue the transfer of(55.07%,57.97%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HIF-1alpha and VEGF play an important role in the recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer,is an important basis for the diagnosis and prognosis ofgastric cancer patients,clinicians should understand the patients with gastric cancer HIF-1alpha and VEGF expression,so as to reduce the recurrenceand metastasis rate is of important value.
