摘要
本文针对近年来铁路为适应改革发展的新要求,大力实施人才强路战略,从铁路高校毕业生培养及任用过程中存在的问题进行分析,结合铁路基层站段的具体做法对如何加强高校毕业生的培养及任用进行思考,并提出相应对策。
In recent years,in order to adapt to the new requirements of reform and development,the railway department vigorously implements the talent strategy.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation and appointment of college graduates,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures combined with the practice of grassroots stations on how to strengthen the cultivation and appointment of college graduates.
