摘要
随着哌嗪(PZ)活化N—甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)溶液脱碳工艺的发展,在天然气脱碳工艺中取得了较好的效果,针对脱碳工艺中各参数对溶液循环量的影响,借助多核支持向量回归机的稳定预测能力,建立溶液循环量预测模型,实现脱碳工艺中的参数优化,有助于提升工艺脱碳效果。
With the development of MDEA with PZ,it has been used in factories of gas and oil to absorb CO2and prevented to be successful.However,during process of MDEA,parameters have a large effect on the cycle volume of aqueous.To improve the effect of the absorption,the volume prediction model based on the multi-kernel SVR is established,this model can predict the most effective way to absorb CO2stably.
