骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防及护理

Prevention and nursing care of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis during major operation in department of orthopedics

目的:探讨骨科大手术后下肢静脉血栓的预防机制及处理办法。方法:收治行骨科大手术患者88例。常规护理组仅采用一般护理模式,预防护理组在此基础上联合综合预防护理措施。结果:预防护理组患者心理状态良好,恢复时间缩短,且患有下肢深静脉血栓的概率明显低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:对骨科大手术患者行预防护理,其下肢静脉血栓的发生概率明显降低。

Objective:To explore the prevention mechanism and treatment of lower extremity vein thrombosis in department oforthopedics.Methods:88cases of major operations were selected in the department of orthopedics,while the routine nursing groupreceived only general nursing mode,and the preventive nursing group combined with comprehensive preventive nursing measureson this basis.Results:In the prevention nursing group,the mental state of patients was good,the recovery time was shortened,and theprobability of suffering from deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity was significantly lower than that of the conventionalnursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the prevention and nursing care of patients undergoing major operation in departmentof orthopedics,the incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis was significantly reduced.
