经食管三维超声心动图对二尖瓣成形术治疗二尖瓣反流的疗效评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨经食管三维超声心动图(RT-3D-TEE)在二尖瓣成形术治疗二尖瓣反流(MR)疗效评价中的应用价值。方法:收治因MR拟行二尖瓣成形术患者52例,采用RT-3D-TEE)评价二尖瓣三维结构。结果:RT-3D-TEE诊断二尖瓣病变的总体准确率94.2%。与术前比较,术后瓣环三维面积、瓣环前后直径、瓣环前外后内直径、前/后叶三维面积、穹隆高度、穹隆容积及二尖瓣与主动脉瓣间的角度等均显著减小(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:RT-3D-TEE可精准诊断MR病变性质,在二尖瓣成形术治疗MR中,可对二尖瓣三维结构进行量化分析,精确评价手术疗效。 Objective:To explore the application value of RT-3D-TEE for plastic surgery for mitral valve in the treatment of MR.Methods:52patients with MR treated with plastic surgery for mitral valve were selected.They were given RT-3D-TEE to evaluate the three-dimensional structure of the mitral valve.Results:The overall accuracy of RT-3D-TEE in diagnosing mitral valve lesions was94.2%.Compared with before operation,postoperative annulus3D area,front and posterior diameter of valve ring,forward outside and posterior internal posterior diameter of valve ring,anterior/posterior leaf three-dimensional area,vault height,volume of fornix,the angle between the mitral valve and the aortic valve were all significantly reduced(P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion:RT-3D-TEE can accurately diagnose the nature of MR lesions.In plastic surgery for mitral valve for MR,it can quantify the three-dimensional structure of the mitral valve and evaluate the surgical outcome accurately.
