基于Plaxis3D的老鹰山隧道超长破碎带隧道开挖仿真分析 被引量:6

摘要 针对老鹰山超长破碎带隧道施工,利用有限元软件Plaxis3D计算分析了开挖过程中隧道的变形情况,着重考虑了围岩等级、开挖方式、双线隧道等对隧道沉降和水平位移的影响。数值分析前,对各种材料的计算参数进行合理简化,其有效性也经过了其他有限元计算的验证。计算结果表明,CD法可以有效地减小开挖过程中破碎带围岩的变形,维持围岩的稳定性。实际施工过程中,刚进入破碎带时应采用CD法开挖,并实时监测隧道内变形情况,及时反馈监测结果以对比数值计算结果。 Based on the tunnel construction of super-long broken rock zone in Laoying mountain,we calculated and analyzedthe deformation of the tunnel during excavation process using the finite element software Plaxis3D,specially considered theinfluence of surrounding rock grade,excavation method and double-line tunnel on the tunnel settlement and horizontaldisplacement.Before numerical calculation,the calculation parameters of vatious materials were reasonably simplified,andtheir validity was also verified by other finite element calculations.The calculation results show that the CD method canefficiently reduce the deformation of rock in the broken zone to keep the stability.In the practical construction,the CD methodshould be used to excavation when entering the broken zone,the deformation in the tunnel should be monitored in time,andtimely feedback monitoring results to compare numerical results.
