生血宁片联合鲨肝醇对肿瘤放化疗患者白细胞数量及细胞免疫功能的影响

A Study of Shengxuening Tablets Combined with Batyl Alcohol on White Blood Cells Number and Cellular Immune Function of Patients with Tumour after Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy Treatment

目的分析生血宁片联合鲨肝醇对肿瘤放化疗患者白细胞数量及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院2012年1月~2015年3月接收的肿瘤放化疗患者104例,采用随机分组法分为对照组与联合组,两组患者均给予放化疗方案治疗,对照组在放化疗治疗的基础上给予鲨肝醇治疗,联合组在对照组用药基础上联合生血宁片治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后白细胞数量变化及细胞免疫功能情况,观察两组患者用药不良反应。结果治疗后两组KPS评分、体重均较治疗前提高,联合组KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组体重无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗前两组白细胞水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d,两组白细胞水平均较治疗前升高,且联合组水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+指标水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后联合组患者CD8+水平与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论放化疗肿瘤患者应用生血宁片联合鲨肝醇治疗可有效改善白细胞水平及细胞免疫功能,效果较好,且用药安全性高。

Objective To analyze the influence of shengxuening tablets combined with batyl alcohol on white blood cells number andcellular immune function of patients with tumour afterradiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment.Methods104patients with tumour afterradiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment in our hospital from January2012to March2015were collected,and they were divided intocontrol group and combination group randomly.All the two groups were given radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and patients in the controlgroup were treated with batyl alcohol,andpatients in the combination group were givenbatyl alcoholcombinedwith shengxuening tablets.Thenumber of white blood cells and cellular immune function were analyzed before and after treatment,and adverse drug reactions of patientsinthe two groupswere recorded.Results After treatment,KPS scores and weight were higher than those before treatment,and the KPS scoresin the combination group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but it had no significant difference in weight between the twogroups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in white blood cell number between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Aftertreatmentfor7d,14d,21d and28d,white blood cell levels were higher than that before treatment,and white blood cell numberin the combination group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant difference inCD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+indexes level(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant differences in CD8+index level(P>0.05),but CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+levels in the combination group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shengxuening tabletscombined with batyl alcohol can effectively improve white blood cells number and cellular immune function of patients with tumourafterradiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment,and it hasgood effect and high safety.
