老年人跌倒的文献计量及研究热点分析

Bibliometric and Research Hotspots Analysis of Falls in the Elderly

目的探讨近五年来国际上对"老年人跌倒"的研究现状,揭示其目前的研究热点和前沿领域。方法利用Cite Space和SATI软件,从文献的发表时间、国家机构、作者、期刊、热点及发展前沿和高被引论文等方面对2011—2016年期间发表的老年人跌倒相关文献进行分析。结果老年人跌倒论文的发文情况呈稳定增长状态,但研究力量主要集中于国外发达国家的机构、期刊和作者。研究内容主要集中于跌倒相关的危险因素、预防和社区服务等研究。结论国际上对老年人跌倒研究越来越重视,但我国学者在老年人跌倒研究影响力仍有所欠缺,有待进一步的提高。

Objective To reveal the hotspots and frontier in the study field of fall in the elderly by exploring thecurrent research status in the field.Methods The research articles covering fall in senile people and published during2011-2016were analyzed in terms of publishing year,citation,author,journal,hot spots and high cited papers usingthe software Cite Space and SATI.Results The research articles in the study field of fall in the elderly steadilyincreased in the past5years,and most of them were from investigators of developed countries.The focuses ofpublished studies were on risk factors,prevention research and community-based care.Conclusions The study of fallsin the elderly has attracted increasing attention over the world,while the influence of Chinese scholars in this field isinsignificant.Further efforts from Chinese scholars should be made in the future.
