大学生就业质量评价体系研究——以江西省为例

Study on Current Evaluation System of Employment Quality of College Students——Taking Jiangxi Region as Example

大学生就业质量是近年来社会各界十分关注的问题。以江西地区为例,探讨大学生就业质量评价的内容和原则,构建包括大学生个体、学校、用人单位、家庭和社会等5个一级指标和15个二级指标在内的江西省大学生就业质量评价体系,并对江西省大学生就业质量评价过程及结果进行分析。

The employment quality of college students are paying great attention by all sectors of society in recent years.Take Jiangxi region as example and firstly discuss the contents and principles of evaluation on employment quality of college students.Next,build the evaluation system of employment quality of college students in Jiangxi Province,and the system includes five Class-1indexes(individual,school,employer,family and society)and fifteen Class-2indexes.At last,describe the evaluation process and result analysis of employment quality of college students in Jiangxi Province.
