基于《教育部国家体育总局关于推进学校体育场地向社会开放的实施意见》等文件精神,对我国学校体育场馆向社会开放的战略意义、取得的成效及存在的问题进行分析。提出学校体育场馆向社会开放的策略:强化政府统筹,建立一套制度;坚持因地制宜,建立一套标准;立足服务社会,制定一套措施。

Based on The Opinions of Initiatives of Opening School Sport Venues to the Public,this paper analyzes the strategic significance,achievements and existing problems of opening school sport venues to the public in China.The following strategies of opening school sport venues to the public are put forward%to strengthen the government coordination and establish a set of regulations and rules;to adhere to local conditions and build a series of standards;and to develop the measures to serve the society.
