摘要
分析了顶部开口变大的电机盒塑件的工艺特点,介绍了该塑件注塑模结构设计和工作过程。通过在主分型面打开前先行分开支撑板和B板,并利用支撑板上的滑块座带动动模内抽块运动,解决了由于塑件顶部开口比中部大导致动模型芯卡住塑件、脱模困难的问题,并通过扣机和限位螺钉实现了B板与支撑板之间的先行开模和定距;通过在定模侧设置油缸、导向限位、侧抽芯杆等装置,实现了离分型面较远处的抽芯。模具结构紧凑、实用,具有创新性。
The technological characteristic of motor box with larger top opening structure was analyzed.The structural design and operating process of the injection mould for the part were introduced.The support plate and B plate were separated before the main parting surface was opened,the movement of inside pulling block on the moving half of the mould was drove by the slide base on the support plate for using to solve the plastic demoulding difficulty due to that the top opening of the part was larger than the middle of the part leading to the part being seized up by the core of the moving half.The latch lock and stop screw pin were applied to open the mould in advance and limiting between B plate and support plate.Core pulling far from parting surface was realized by hydro-cylinder,limit guide device and side core pulling pin on the side of the fixed half of the mould.The mould structure was compact,practical and innovative.
