摘要
花生蛋白饮料是以花生为原料制造的一种优质植物蛋白饮料。介绍花生蛋白饮料的营养价值、生产工艺、技术要点及加工中容易出现的质量问题及处理方法,以期为生产出营养丰富、味道可口、稳定性高的花生蛋白饮料提供一定的理论依据。
Peanut protein beverage which takes peanut as the material is a kind of vegetable protein beverage in high quality.This paper introduced the nutritive value,production technology,technical essential and quality problems easily occurs in the processing and processing method,in order to provide certain theoretical basis for producing nutrient,delicious and high stability peanut protein beverage.
