自拟逍遥浙贝散治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

Clinical observation on treating peptic ulcer with Xiaoyao Zhebei San

目的:观察逍遥浙贝散治疗消化性溃疡的效果。方法:将87例消化性溃疡患者随机分为联合组44例,参照组43例。两组患者均采用奥美拉唑胶囊、阿莫西林胶囊、克拉霉素片口服,联合组在此基础上应用逍遥浙贝散加味治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及复发率。结果:联合组与参照组患者的临床治疗总有效率分别为97.73%、95.35%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者复发率为4.55%,显著低于参照组患者的9.30%,数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥浙贝散加味治疗消化性溃疡疗效肯定,复发率小,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe efficacy of Xiaoyao Zhebei San on peptic ulcer.Methods:87cases were randomly divided into the combined group of44cases,and control group of43cases.Two patients were treated with omeprazole capsules,amoxicillin capsules,clarithromycin tablets.The combined group was given Xiaoyao Zhebei San more.Results:The total efficiency was97.73%in the combined group,and95.35%in the control group(P<0.05).Recurrence rate was4.55%in the combined group,lower than9.30%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyao Zhebei San on peptic ulcer was effective,with lower recurrence rate,and is worthy of promotion.
