柴胡疏肝散合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症的效果评价

Clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan San plus the Ganmai Dazao decoction on breast hyperplasia

目的:研究肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症患者使用柴胡疏肝散合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗的效果。方法:将2016年2月-2017年1月在我院接受治疗的100例肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症患者按照随机数字法平均分为两组,50例患者采用柴胡疏肝散治疗(对照组),50例给予柴胡疏肝散合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗(观察组),对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:干预后,对照组患者治疗总有效率为84.00%,观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.00%,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),同时观察组患者乳房疼痛缓解程度及乳房肿块缩小程度明显优于对照组,两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者HAMD与HAMA评分均下降,且观察组患者下降程度明显低于对照组,两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:选择柴胡疏肝散合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症可显著改善患者乳房疼痛程度及乳房肿块缩小程度,改善患者情绪,提高乳腺增生症的治疗效果,对患者的康复更有帮助,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of Chaihu Shugan San plus the Ganmai Dazao decoction on breast hyperplasia.Methods:100breast hyperplasia patients were divided into two groups.50patients were treated with Chaihu Shugan San(the control group);the other50patienes took the Ganmai Dazao decoction(the observation group).Results:After treatment,the total efficiency was84.00%in the control group and94.00%in the observation group(P<0.05).The degree of breast pain relief and the reduction of breast mass in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The scores of HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Shugan San plus the Ganmai Dazao decoction on treating breast hyperplasia can significantly improve the degree of breast pain and breast enlargement,and help to the rehabilitation.
