摘要 为了了解燃煤电厂"湿烟羽"的成因及治理对策,首先对国内近百家电厂进行调研,初步了解湿烟羽的现状及主要影响因素。通过测量湿烟羽长度对其进行量化,同时通过理论计算对湿烟羽的形成和消散进行验证;最后对比各种可行的湿烟羽消除技术,提出可行的湿烟羽治理技术路线。通过研究,我们认为湿烟羽是由烟气中水汽过饱和凝结形成的。消除湿烟羽主要有三种技术路线:烟气再热法、烟气冷凝法、烟气冷凝再热复合法。本文治理技术路线认为:在中部和北部等环境温度较低的地区建议采用烟气冷凝再热复合技术,在南方建议采用常规烟气再热方式。具体的改造方案要根据当地气象条件、现场场地条件、环保要求等多种因素综合考虑,咨询专业机构进行多方案的经济技术对比分析后确定。 In order to understand the causes and governance strategies of“wet plume”in coal-fired power plants,first of all,the current status and main influencing factors of the wet plume were investigated and preliminarily analysised in hundreds of power plants in China.By measuring the length of the wet plume as thequantitative index,the formation and dissipation of wet plume was quantified and verified by theoretical calculation and measurement.Finally,we put forward feasible wet plume control technical route by comparison of various feasible wet plume elimination technology.Through the study,we think that wet plume is formed by excessive condensation of water vapor in flue gas.There are three main technical routes to eliminate wet plume:flue gas reheating method,flue gas condensation method and flue gas condensation reheat method.The technical route of this paper is as follows:the flue gas condensation and reheat combined technology is recommended to adopt in the middle and northern regions with lower ambient temperature,and the conventional flue gas reheating method is recommended in the south area.According to the local meteorological conditions,site conditions,environmental protection requirements and other factors,the specific retrofit scheme should be considered in consultation with the professional organizations by comparing the economic and technical conditions.
