深圳市中小学生犬猫抓咬伤害的知信行调查研究

Knowledge,Attitude and Practice on Dog and Cat-induced Injuries among Primary and Secondary School Students in Shenzhen

目的通过对深圳市中小学生犬猫抓咬伤的知识、态度、行为现状的调查分析,为动物伤害的进一步预防和教育干预提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样法,选取深圳市中心城区和边缘城区的7所学校进行问卷调查,共调查中小学生4 967名。结果中小学生的犬猫抓咬伤防护知识的知晓率为48.88%,中心城区学生的知识评分(10.49±3.47)、态度水平(70.04±9.22)均高于边缘城区学生(8.96±3.48,67.40±8.78),边缘城区学生的危险行为发生水平(28.26±12.13)高于中心城区学生(24.78±11.11),中心与边缘城区之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论中小学生预防犬猫抓咬伤的防护知识水平较低,居住在边缘城区的学生易成为抓咬伤的高危人群,应加强对中小学生开展犬猫相关伤害防护知识和预防狂犬病知识的健康教育。

Objective Investigating the status of KAP(Knowledge,Attitude and Practice)on dog-and cat-induced injuries among primary and secondary school students in Shenzhen so as to provide further scientific evidence for prevention and educational intervention.Method By stratified cluster sampling method,a total of4967students in7primary and middle schools in the center and suburb of Shenzhen were chosen and surveyed.Results48.88%of all participants were familiar with the knowledge relevant to dog-and cat-induced injuries.Urban students'knowledge(10.49±3.47)and attitude(70.04±9.22)levels were higher compared to suburb students(8.96±3.48,67.40±8.78);whereas suburb students reported many more risk behaviors(28.26±12.13)than urban students(24.78±11.11,P<0.001).Conclusion Primary and middle school students had relatively less knowledge about the prevention of biting and scratching by dogs or cats;students living in the edge areas of the city were more vulnerable.Propaganda of the knowledge about dog and cat’behaviors and prevention of rabies should be provided to the primary and secondary school students.
