地方高校向应用技术大学转型发展,必须高度关注大学生实践能力提升,要注重培养与发展大学生的主体性。地方高校思想政治课专题教学改革必须以促进学生的主体性发展为目的,以学习者为中心,创新教学内容、构建理论体系、搭建教学平台,确立师生实践共同体的教学结构,实现全员育人、全方位育人和全过程育人。

During the transformation to applied technological universities of local universities and colleges,the practice skill should be lay high emphasis on.So we should focus on the subjectivity training and developing of university students.The teaching reform of theoretical courses of ideology politics must take promoting the subjectivity development as the objective and the students as the center,innovate teaching content,construct theoretical system,build teaching platform,establish the teaching structure with the community of teacher-student practice,to realize talents overall and all-dimensional cultivation in the whole progress.
