摘要
目的研究加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)理论对股骨颈骨折患者关节功能、生活质量等的影响。方法选择2014年3月至2016年3月于本院行股骨颈骨折手术患者120例为研究对象,将2014年3月至2015年3月实施常规康复方案的60例患者纳入对照组,将2015年4月至2016年3月实施ERAS方案的60例患者纳入观察组,比较两组患者的疼痛程度、关节功能及生活质量。结果康复干预前,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05),康复干预3周和6周后,观察组患者VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。康复干预3个月、6个月、12个月后,观察组患者Harris评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。康复干预后,两组患者生活质量各项评分均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组患者各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ERAS理论有助于改善患者关节功能和生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)theory on joint function and quality of life in patients with femoral neck fracture.Method120patients with femoral neck fracture in our hospital from March2014to March2016were selected as the research objects,60cases treated with routine rehabilitation from March2014to March2015were selected as control group,60cases treated with ERAS from April2015to March2016were selected as observation group.The degree of pain,joint function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result There was no significant difference between the two groups in visual analogue scale(VAS)score before rehabilitation intervention(P>0.05),3weeks and6weeks afte rehabilitation intervention,the VAS score of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).3,6and12months after rehabilitation,the Harris score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After rehabilitation intervention,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the scores of observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ERAS theory is helpful to improve the joint function and quality of life of patients.
