在构建国家创新体系的背景下,不同类型高等学校的新工科建设需要根据自身的定位和目标采取不同的策略。本科院校应当发挥基础学科优势和科学研究能力优势,推动知识创新,打造新知识的高地;高职院校应当充分考虑所在地区的产业结构,开设符合地区经济发展需求的新工科专业,深化校企合作和产教融合,传播新技术和推动技术技能积累,服务地方产业转型升级。

In the context of building a national innovation system,emerging engineering construction in different types of colle-ges and universities need to adopt different strategies according to their own positioning and goals.For undergraduate colleges,they should take advantage of fundamental courses and scientific research capability to promote intellectual innovation and cre-ate new heights of knowledge.For higher vocational colleges,they should take the local industrial structure into account care-fully,set up new majors which meet the needs of regional economic development,deepen the cooperation of school enterprises and integration of production and education and thus promote local industrial transformation and upgrading.
