摘要
本文旨在对某空压机装配线生产平衡问题进行仿真优化研究,以此提升生产物流车间的运行效率,降低运营成本。首先利用Flexsim软件建立空压机车间装配线的计算机仿真模型;其次通过模型的运行发现装配线生产过程中存在的问题;最后利用启发式装配生产线平衡法对装配线进行优化,并运用Flexsim对优化后的方案进行模拟,验证优化方案的可行性。研究结果表明:优化后的生产方式,生产节拍由原来的40s降低至34s,由16个工作地降至15个工作地,装配线负荷系数提升了0.18,平衡损耗降低了0.28,最终使得装配线的总产能提高了17.6%。
The purpose of this paper is to simulate and optimize the production balance problem of an air compressor assembly line,so as to enhance the efficiency of production logistics workshop and reduce operation cost.Firstly,the computer simulation model of assembly line of air compressor workshop was established by using Flexsim software.Secondly,the problems existing in assembly line production were found through the operation of the model.Finally,the heuristic assembly line balance method was used to optimize the assembly line,and the optimized scheme was simulated with Flexsim to verigy the feasibility of the optimization scheme.The results showed that the optimized production mode reduced the production rhythm from the original40s to34s,from16to15work stations,increased the load factor of the assembly line by0.18,and decreased the balance loss by0.28,and the total output of the assembly line was increased by17.6%.
