摘要
通过采用不同的留叶数目、ABT1号质量体积浓度、100 mg/L ABT1号处理时间以及扦插基质等因素对缅甸树萝卜(Agapetes burmanica)枝条进行扦插繁殖对比试验,结果表明:(1)留3~5片叶的枝条生根率最高,为46.7%;(2)缅甸树萝卜枝条的生根率随ABT1号质量体积浓度的增加呈现先升高然后下降的趋势,质量体积浓度为100 mg/L时,生根率最高,达46.7%;(3)通过速蘸100 mg/L ABT1号10 s、10 min和1 h处理插穗,插穗生根率分别为26.7%、46.7%、40.0%,其中100 mg/L ABT1号浸泡插穗10 min生根率最高;(4)缅甸树萝卜枝条在V珍珠岩:V蛭石:V树皮=1:1:1和水苔两种扦插基质中的生根率分别为30.0%和46.7%,表明水苔较适宜缅甸树萝卜的扦插生根。将缅甸树萝卜生根插穗进行移栽,成活率可达81.0%。
The cutting propagation experiment was carried out by using Agapetes burmanica branches under different conditions,such as number of reserved leaves,ABT1concentration and treatment time,and mediums.The results showed that:(1)The rooting rate of branches with3~5reserved leaves was the highest,which was46.7%;(2)With the increase of ABT1concentration,the rooting rate of the branches increased first and then decreased,and when the concentration was100mg/L,the rooting rate reached a maximum of up to46.7%;(3)When we dipped the cuttings into100mg/L ABT1for10s,10min and1h,the rooting rates of cuttings were26.7%,46.7%,and40%respectively,which indicated that the best treatment time was10min;(4)We used Vperlite:Vvermiculite:Vbark=1:1:1and sphagna as two cutting mediums of A.burmanica branches,and the rooting rates were30.0%and46.7%respectively,which indicated that sphagna was more suitable for cutting rooting in A.burmanica.The transplant survival rate can reach81%.This research has successfully explored the best conditions for the cutting propagation of A.burmanica,which has important practical significance for the sustainable utilization and conservation of Agapetes plant resources.
