双重预防体系建设中出现的问题及对策研究

建立健全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防体系是遏制重特大事故、推动安全生产关口前移的重大举措。本文对在双重预防体系建设过程中存在的主要问题进行了梳理,提出了对策措施,以期帮助广大企业理清思想认识上的误区,为企业更快、更好地建设双重预防体系提供参考。

Establishing and improving the dual prevention system of risk grading control and hidden trouble check and solve is a major measure to curb the major accidents and promote the advance of safe production.This paper mainly discusses the main problems existing in the process of the construction of the dual prevention system,puts forward the countermeasures,in order to help the enterprises to correct the misconceptions in thinking and understanding,and provides a reference for faster and better construction of the dual prevention system.
