抗日战争时期职业教育发展综述

A Review on Vocational Education Development during the Anti-Japanese War Period

对于抗日战争时期的职业教育发展,首先需要关注的是战前职业教育的发展情况。职业教育的理论研究、职业教育的规范化和规模化都为战时职业教育的发展奠定了基础。对战时敌后方国统区、战时东北沦陷区、战时革命根据地的职业教育发展情况进行梳理,不难发现,抗日战争时期的职业教育发展具有战时应急性、战时优先性、战时创新性的特点,为中华人民共和国成立后职业教育的发展提供了基础、理论探寻和实践反思。

In the study on the development of vocational education during the Anti-Japanese War Period,attention was first paid to the pre-war development because its theoretical researches,standardization and expansion laid a foundation of its development in the wartime.After that,an investigation was made on the development in KMI-controlled areas,Northeast China occupied by Japan and CPC-controlled anti-Japanese bases,showing that priority was given to urgent wartime needs in its development and innovation,which laid a foundation in both theory and practice for its further development after 1949.
